Build Box 3 - Help - Only Has Blank Templates

so i purchased BuildBox 3 ( middle tier for now - yeah ) and when i click on the sample templates, all i get is the [Start] item in the Mind Map.

no matter which template I select.

( yeah im a developer and have rebooted and all of that good stuff )

Any Clue what the deal is ?
