Blank screen on iOS test device

Newbie question: I have exported from BB to Xcode. I am able to run the game on the Xcode simulators. When I load the game from Xcode to my iPhone I get the BB splash screen and then a blank screen.

I am using a demo version of BB v1.3.6 and Xcode v7.3

Any suggestions on what to look for?
