It would be appropriate to include an optional user registration feature that allows users to restore their purchases to all of their iOS devices. For me everything works, I just don't understand what is the problem.
Hmm...No idea ..Where exactly have you added options to purchase coins?Is it in another screen?If so try to add restore button on that screen where user purchase coins/in app products and resubmit.
The only non-consumable purchase I have in my game is 'remove ads', and it's on the main menu too. I think I'll just try to resubmit, or I'll call them.
