App Shows Black Screen On Ipad, Rejected From App Store.

    Hi there!
    I tried to submit my app on app store connect but it was rejected, this is the message i got from apple:

    "We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on iPad running iOS 13.3 on Wi-Fi.

    Specifically, after having agreed/disagreed to ads, the app still opened to a blank (black) page."

    What causes the game to show that black screen on iPad? Is there anyway I can fix it? I already tried to set the game to "auto", "default", and "fit to height" but none of these worked, they were all rejected for the same reason. The game is running in portrait mode.

    Is it possible to fix the game?

    found the solution to fixing this!!! after countless hours of resubmitting to apple. the issue can be fixed by going into

    Buildbox, then settings , then change screen adjustment from auto to DEFAULT

    Resubmit to apple and it'll get accepted. I'll attach screenshots here for you guys

    Did anyone figure this out? I have the same from apple. When I load the game on all my devices, they work fine but apple says on launch it is a black screen.

    Also, I already have screen adjustment as “default”. Is it possible the encryption is creating this issue when apple tries to launch?

    Encryption could possibly be an issue. If you haven't already can you email support@buildbox.com or DM me a BBDOC so can investigate the issue deeper?

    In terms of the error message, it could be your iPad issue that causes the bug. To fix your iPad, you could try out some professional iPad repair software including TunesKit iOS System Recovery, Joyoshare UltFix, etc to get out of trouble without data loss.
