I have an app that completed but not yet orientated to the screens of iPad (mini,air,pro). i only have it set to iPhone orientation as of yet. I hope to contact a publisher to take my game but my question is, is it the app developers duty to orientate the game for all screens, or is it up to the publisher to do so. I would hate to release my game if it didn't have all the elements needed for a complete game. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
Up to developer. You should read comments here about ipad screen adjustments, fairly easy to do, only few things to keep in mind during the development, plus on the playback you can change screen size to check alignments
