Admob Banner Not Showing On Android

Hello
I tested application on android phone but admit banner did not show.

only show
07-29 02:11:19.028: I/Ads(630): Ad is not visible. Not refreshing ad.
07-29 02:11:19.028: I/Ads(630): Scheduling ad refresh 60000 milliseconds from now.

What should I do to fix this issue?

Thank you so much but My interstitial admob worked good but admob banner did not work.

i used build box 2.2.2 on windows.
