Action That Changes The Character

I have more than one action that changes the character (Replace character), I need to add more characters but also change the (action animation) to all of characters, how can I do that?
ex : melee animation for all character, change character color.

i make the action and character and it works on buildbox preview, but when i run it on android phone the action appear above character and hide it
it work on bb preview but not work on mobile
what is the problem ? and sorry for my bad language
