How Do I Set Shoot Time Out For Character Bullet?

i have a button on my UI character button set to shoot, everytime i press that button my character shoots of course, but i would like to add time out so it wouldnt be spammable. TIA

try to refill shoot button by 1 or 2 sec. this will limit the amount of shoots.

 

i believe you are referring to an action button for the refill, i dont see any option of refill on character button function: shoot
