Hey @sysads , I saw the transaction name on my statements as well and just assumed that 8Cell INC was also Buildbox. Please let me know if they confirm the same.
No other info besides the name 8Cell Inc, but the amount and debit date was the same as the BB subscription, so I assumed that it was BB just trading under 8Cell inc
well mine was that I already paid for a years subscription which is yet to elapse but for unknown reasons I saw a $99 debit yesterday and was wondering what that was for. Still waiting support to clarify this as this has caused some issues for me on that account

Please can the community help me understand how I ended up been charged over $99 for monthly subscription despite paying for ONLY a years subscription starting from October 2015. Did I miss something when I paid for a years subscription which is yet to elapse. This transaction had caused me a serious issue and I am very very upset
@sysads Sorry about this. :-( I made a note in your ticket that explained your situation more clearly and bumped up the priority. You should get a more detailed response. I would give you more info myself if I could but I don't have any access to billing or purchase details.
