Use Other Publishing Companies To Get Users

I have built an game and i want to publish it on my own but i also know that it is not possible for me to get a large number of users so is it possible that i can contact to other big publishers who promote my game by various ways but not from their name as i had seen on chillingo site thatit published many games incuding angry birds but in the app store we can see that it has the rovio name and another example is yodo 1 or hipster whale who published crossyroad

may be because of money or they will charge for it as i have seen these i angry birds
