Urgent: Best Points, Score And Coins

Best Points, Score and coins are resetting after closing and opening the game again in android device. I've tried signing the apk to release but not fixed the issue. take a look at the screenshot. looking for suggestion for this issue. Thanks in advance.

You should post a bbdoc somewhere so we can look at it...that screenshot doesn't display any conflicts.

found solution. Don't know why. After resetting the mobile, Worked fine.
