In the manual it says, Time Warp: how long to wait before adding 'speed increase' to the current game speed. When it says how long to wait, is it referring to seconds? I'm trying to find the measurement since I put Time Warp = 5 but it's increasing at a much quicker rate than every 5 seconds. And with that said, is there a way to have a time based score while respecting the increase in speed. If I start increasing the speed gradually, the distanced based counter will become more and more inaccurate since I basically took the pixels it traveled and used that as the points modifier.

When I put in the timewarp, the speed does not even increase! I tried changing the Sub Steps but its way too fast!
