Hello, I am just looking at getting into game app development. I did a lot of coding long ago but not in the gaming world. I was looking at getting into building some Android apps but my kids told me I should do games as well. I would like to give Buildbox a try though and was wondering, is the Plus Subscription still enough to build decent games? I was thinking the other sub levels are maybe too expensive for me to just learn and play with but wasn't sure if the Plus was too limited or not? Thank you
1 World is a gaming equivalent of a level. So you can build 1 level with 15 stages(Or scenes). Each scene can be as long as you want. You can certainly jump in and try out everything Buildbox has to offer for the Plus subscription. If you find it isn't for you, cancelling is straight forward too.
Thanks for the reply...do you know of any examples of a one World game? I'm trying to wrap my head around that and to picture what that might look like...maybe a Flappy bird type game? If you get a certain amount of points it goes to a new scene rather than level? Sorry if that is a dumb question....this is all pretty new to me..
Hello, welcome to the Buildbox forum, please see several tutorials before asking questions. https://www.buildbox.com/tutorials/ https://www.buildbox.com/buildbox-1-tutorials/ https://www.buildbox.com/guides/ https://www.buildbox.com/manual/ And very important, use the search engine.
O Okay sure...I was just looking for some quick info to help with my understanding of what things mean...but will try to figure it out. Thanks.
