Tap on screen but the character does not jump in Xcode simulator

As the title, i just started doing game with BB and BB is working awesome!

When i press J - the characters will jump

The problems is when i test on Xcode Simulator - when i tap on the screen - nothing happened. The characters does not jump. Can you guys please guide me how to fix this problem?

@duyduy_nguyen Just checking the obvious... did you put a button area in the game for the tap?

 

you need to added the jump button in the gamefield from the menu editor.

First Double Click the Game Field Area

Then Drag and drop a button from the left side bar. Under Controls.

Then you can choose the action you want for the selected button.

It's way better if you watch the tutorial videos first. It will save you a lot of time.
