Hi, I'm making a platformer type of game and I was wondering is it possible to make move controls like in Leo's Fortune game. It's basically when you have whole left part of the screen for moving your character forward and backwards and having the whole right side of the screen for having him swipe-jump up or down. I know I can make two butons for moving in any direction but then I would need to tap them each time I want to change my direction which is not convenient. I want to control it by just tapping once and while still holding my finger on screen - sliding it sideways to control the direction of movement. Is it possible? Thanks in advance!
@playsgames6666 Cool! And what about swipe controls for jump Up and forced Down? Is it also possible somehow?
Jump? well jump control but force down I'm not sure, I'm stuck on this one. I have been playing around the other week with same controls. LOL So i have gravity in my game, and i tried the switch control for jump and force down, so one tap to jump then tap to force down. But my problem i have is, if i jump then land on ground my next tap will be a down, which is not good. So I'm stuck there and not much help. Actually Swipe controls might work for jump, swipe up jump, depending on your gravity, up velocity 50, timeout set to 0.05 down swipe would be a lower number or even zero as gravity will do the rest, with time out 0.05 Not sure though haven't tried that yet, but will when i get time....
