Sound Error, Software Bug Or My Mistake

I want to know if is my mistake, or is software bug,because is killing me.
I set a "engine sound" in World UI, but is hearing after i click pause or sound off/on .
-In Main Menu UI i have a different sound, it's ok
-In Pause UI i have a different sound, it's ok
-I have 3 World UI with 3 different names but with the same sound. not hearing...
What i do wrong?

another thing is, EXIT button, if i set it up "Exit" or "Back" not EXIT (

 

Which version of BB are you using? Have you tested with a different sound?

 

last version 2.2.5, and yes i've try with different sounds.
I think this version 2.2.5 have too many bugs .
Sound BUG, EXIT BUG, and another example is... when my car "die" , wheels stay together,and should be go free on map.
