Hi BB, Greetings from the Ekigai team. As a new BB customer and non coders ourselves, we would like to share some of our experience in the whole BB process from creation to ads to getting it on the App stores. 1. Watch all the videos you can find - how to make your own Game series and vids by Zack are great. The marketing and other vids from Trey are also super. 2. Once you are familiar, also watch the Youtube vids by Al Cox. They are very informative and will give you some great ideas of your own. https://www.youtube.com/user/bbmfalcox 3. Unless you pay the professionals, you have to learn how to export the game files and use Android Studio for Google apps or Xcode for Apple apps to generate the files necessary to submit your app. You will need a Mac to run Xcode. Both programs are free. Here are some good vids to get your started. It may be helpful to have 2 screens, one to watch and the other to actually follow the instructions. Android Apple There are some older vids for Android in using an app called Eclipse. Avoid that as it is outdated. 4. Integrating Ads: Android: There has been some changes to the above vid. This vid has the updated info: Note that for Android, there are 2 methods to integrate, namely the jar method and the maven method. The latter requires pasting code which will automatically extract the info for you. The former requires you to copy and paste a jar file into the relevant file directory. Be patient and do some research. Just exercise caution that some information is outdated. Apple: 5. Uploading process: This is a helpful vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_S1BizemiA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z71T0NrQO4g Conclusion: Steps 1 to 2 are the most fun. Steps 3 to 5 requires a lot of patience and learning but keep at it and get support from BB's support team or do some searching in the forums. You will get there and remember to type out notes! Once you have done it the 10th time, it will become easy. . It will help you when you have to integrate Facebook and Game Analytics later. ps. submitting your app to the Apple review team is another can of worms. As usual, patience and a motivated approach will get you over the hump. Just remember that your app, if it makes it through, will be better for it. Google Play is more straightforward as long as you do not contravene their keyword guidelines.
