    Hi !

    currently i owned around $230 to FB on ads. I can repay them only after January. :(
    Now I wanna send game for voodoo testing. voodoo asked them to add as admin inside developer dashboard. My question is, Can voodoo run ads for me while I have outstanding balance on FB ads acc?
