Single screen and collect a coin to trigger creating another (open to suggestions)

Hi,

My game does not scroll up/down or left/right so it stands still, so I cant use the next scenes as I don't want to move my character and I cant get to it as my game is still. I am also using Buildbox 2 for this. My main question was if I can just move the coins as in when the character goes left and collects the coin another coin will appear on the right side. I am open to any other suggestions as this may not be possible!
