I've integrated my HeyZap mediation into my game (went through all the steps in the tutorial here https://www.buildbox.com/forum/index.php?threads/heyzap-mediation-sdk-9-ios-tutorial.3565/) but when I exported it to Ad Hoc test mode to my iPhone, the reward ad button doesn't ever appear on the Game Over screen where it's supposed to. I've set it to show up every 3 times (setting the interval to 3) but it never shows up at all, and I've tried it over 2 dozen times. Do reward video ads just not work in test mode? All of my banner ads and interstitial ads (both from AdMob) are working just fine, but the reward video ads aren't, since the button won't even show up.
