Not to sure on what the effects are for each individual, but i presume most of the damage would be on people who are advertising with them. Not sure on how it would effect the developer. But i guess in the meantime it would effect all, as most advertisers would be reluctant to use them for advertising. Dam, either way its a bad thing.
Well, whoever has account with them personal data might been exposed to cyber criminals which is bad enough already, plus app analytics which a developer might not want to discuss with 3rd parties...
I can assure you similar providers would have had a taste of this types of hacks but you know, life goes on...

I always hear Revmob is dead for almost a year and people are always complaining. Does anyone have a good experience with Revmob if not why still keeping it in Buildbox and not add other networks like StartApp or Playhaven orrrr at least have Rewarded videos implemented much easily and seperately for Unity, Vungle, Chartboost etc. instead of Heyzap! i used to use them a bit, then they tried some stupid thing where your app had to be live in the store before you could go live with ads. But apple were rejecting developers apps, because of no ads. then I'm not sure how long it took, but they finally changed it back. I keep hearing there dead, but i think they were taken over by another company and kept the rev mob name, ( I think). Not sure. But personally i have not had a problem with them,
I want to deposit 100$ to try them...but for a try to sped 500$ and finally to be disappointed with their services
