We will make every effort to help address any issues reported here. For more complex issues we may not be able to help via the forum. Be sure to clearly describe your problem and how to duplicate it. Include the version of software and any other helpful info.

BUT... emailing support@buildbox.com is still the one and only OFFICIAL place to log your bugs and issues. Issues reported via the support email take precedent over anything else.
