problem with licence

after the first open i insert the license but now i cannot work, see attachment for the problem.
How to solve?

 

Did you copy paste from the email? Sure you did not capture an extra space? Sometime this happens..

Worse case scenario: drop a mail @ support.

hi have the same thing, have tripple checked with typing and copying, no ekstra spaces in, is waiting for my support ticket :/ got this problem with 1.3 yesterday and 2.0 today. So i still havent got a chance to try it

did you have the trial version of 1.3 installed on two computers?

 

First time working after crash appear that message when i open it

 

i purchased and 1.3 install on my macbook and imac, for the bb2 just on iMac

 

Okay. When I used the trial version of 1.3 and upgraded to paid, i would receive those invalid license errors and support had to reset my license. Im not sure what the deal would be with v2.0
