Because we didn't previously have a trial or free version (which will be changing soon), we have the option to "test out" the software for 14 days when you purchase. If you decide you don't like it, we refund 100% of your $99 payment and the software ceases to work.
Hmm.. I contacted BB support with request to cancel my subscription and I was sent to hell. No understanding, just a reference to a paragraph that does not fit me. That made me very disappointed.
I have no idea what that means. But if you wish to cancel, and having a problem @TreySmith can probably help you out. My experience has always been a positive one with support, so that's all I can go on.
