Other Apps Screen (apps That You Or Your Friends Made)

Hey,
Does anyone know a good software to use like parse to make a "More Apps" Screen. Something you can put links to your other apps but you could change it outside of apple. That way you wouldn't have to get approved every time you wanted to add a new app. Thanks
