I just installed Buildbox 3D on my PC for the first time. However when I press the preview button nothing shows up. Just a grey background. Is there a solution to this? Maybe I have to switch a setting in my computer, on my graphics card. Thank you @TreySmith @NikRudenko @Sean Buildbox
Could be graphics card related. If you right click on Buildbox does it give you any options with graphics cards? If not send logs and DXDIAG information to support@buildbox.com for further investigation
