I wasn't really sure of where to put this, but yeah, i recently purchased buildbox through the promotion that they had, (you know, with all the assets) and i got mostly everything.. except the key i did email them through support about this, but does anyone know how long that would take? I haven't received a response yet...i was so eager to get started with the engine, hnngh Also, do i have to email the same address(support@buildbox.com) if i want to unsubscribe as well? im guessing its fine now that they've already billed me right? (although i wished i had a key right about now, seeing as the 'time' is probably ticking on that 'license' )
It's normally straight away - check your spam folder. And/or take a long look at your emails again, it should be titled 'Your Buildbox License Key'
Does it work as a trial again? I mean I've used my 30 trial before and do I have second chance right now or do I have to pay for it? BTW the video wasn't playing at all.
Checked, there's nothing there i DID get an email straight after i bought it yesterday though, it was going to include everything, even the key. but the place where the key is supposed to be, is just a grey box with no license key in it.. (picture)
