Network Ads Sdk10 - Ad Closing Delay After User Press Close Ad

Hi all,

I am trying to get SDK 10 to work. Half way there.

The issue that I have is after a rewarding viedeo is played the screen goes black as the phone is in stand by and after 2-3-4 seconds gets back in the game. Basic the game is still open but screen is all black.

So the process is like this: Game playing > Reward video > Close video > Video closes and screen is black for 2-3-4 sec > Game continue/reward is given.

In sdk 9.6 there was no delay like this, after closing the ad getting back in game was less than 1 sec.

Does anyone experienced this?

BB 2.2.8, SDK 10, android.

Does anyone experiencing this behavior on android sdk10?

After closing an ad i wait sometimes 10 sec to get back in the game. On ios is instant.

Hi Cristian,

we are having quite a few problems concerning the Ads on Android too.

1. We can confirm your problem.
2. When using Admob Banner via Heyzap they are not responsive and we occur heavy lags since this new update.
3. After watching a Rewarded Video the Banner disappears. No matter if you display them via Heyzap or Admob directly.

Maybe anyone can also confirm this.

1. Good news since now we know that is SDK related and not on user side. Hopefully.
2. Banner as interstitial or small banner? I use interstitial only and only issue I have is the delay which happens on all. Sometimes unityads are closing fine but 1 time of 10.
3. On my side reward from google ads do not show. You talk about Admob or rewards in general for all networks? On my side only interstitial as static banners or with video on top. Yours show reward as well?
