Menu Buttons getting removed when i optimise atlasses.

    Hi,

    Im using BB 1.3.5, I added all menu buttons and recently updated some graphics, so just for safety I optimized the atlases, all menu buttons got removed even though they were being used.

    So did I do something wrong ?

    Should I add menu buttons in the end ?
