Ok, for everyone else with the same issue, I have found out what was causing a problem... I had an ACTION set inside the character "Taking Damage Animation". (24x24 object scaled 50:50). So for some reason, when game starts, this action is fully active, living within game and breaking light effects... that action is placed at the character spawning position and remains there. eventually when character dies, that action is shifted to it location and triggered... for that reason I guess lights come up when I get killed...
