Jump Button To Appear Only After Power-up Is Picked Up?

Hi All,
I am pretty sure this is easy to do but I just can't figure it out

1. Basically the Jump button can only appear in the GUI after the player has picked up a "Jump Power-Up".
and
2. If possible can I set a timer so the Jump button disappears after a while?
