Is it possible to create Slot Machine kind of game

Just curious to know whether we can create a game like slot machine with buildbox?

No, this would not be possible right now. Buildbox was primarily designed to make platformer type games. People have also done interesting puzzle games, shooter games and avoidance games. Please check the showcase for some of the best examples of games made with Buildbox:
