Invoice / bill meets european tax law?

Hi Buildbox-Team,

will I get an invoice with all necessary details
- your address, tax-id
- my address, tax-id
- a info / sentence that 0% tax are paid
when I get an annual subscription.

Would be great if you could post any updated on this, so others and I do not have to contact the support with exact the same question.

 

@dxuuz I got a reply:
"No, unfortunately we do not do this. However when payments are generated a standard invoice is created with payment details. I am happy to send that to you via email. Please provide the name ( full name) and email you used at purchase and I am happy to email you the invoices."
