Interstitials on Loading Screen

I've notice some BB games have interstitials displaying on the loading screen. This seems a like a good spot for an ad. "While your waiting for the game to load, check out the ad"

I don't see an option for this in BB2 and was wondering:

Is this on the roadmap for BB2?
From some the folks who may have done this in their game, How difficult is something like this to implement?

I actually had an app rejected by Apple for having an interstitial appearing at launch.

 

A programmer can insert any advertising to happen on game launch it's fairly basic and is the same as any other game using Cocos2d-x. We will probably not have this as an option inside BB.
