I Keep Getting Activation Failed! Please Contact Support

i have uninstalled and reinstalled 100 times already is there anyone who know how to delete buildbox completely or fix this problem? since there must be some sort of files left that wont let me activate it? cant even put in my trail key so dont know why i get this error since i have not tried to activate yet? please help if you can

 

search the forums. theres a ton of reasons why. Most common is use of a VPN. Windows 10 has one built in, so turn it off.

 

i dont use vpn and i have looked through the forum and cant find the answer to my problem so again if anyone has any knowlegde about this then please help me out

 

That error is usually an internet issue. Your best bet is to email support@buildbox.com

What did you do to resolve the issue?

 

I sometimes get this too if I leave buildbox running while my laptop is asleep and receive the message on wake up.

Sometimes it goes away after a while of being connected to the net. Other times I just have to quit and open buildbox again.
