Yesterday I subscribed to Buildbox 4 for one year. I entered my e-mail address but was unable to set a password during the process. When I try to log in to the app, I can't find the password. And when I enter the email address, I get the message that this user does not exist. Although I have requested help from support several times - nothing happens. What can I do? Thank you very much. Hi Fredi, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing. The best thing to do is find the "Welcome to Buildbox!" email, which has a link to finalize your account creation. Click the link and complete your account setup. If you can't find the email, you can register normally by completing the signup form with the same email used during checkout. This will associate your purchase with the account. You can create an account using email+password or a social sign-in (if the social account is tied to the same email).
