How To Get Installs From Facebook Ad Or Instagram?

I have heard that buy ad from Facebook or Instagram is a good way for marketing. But it is not familiar to me. Is there any tutorial or post telling how to do that? Thanks a lot.

To create your Instagram campaign:
1. Connect your Facebook page to your Instagram account.
2. Then go to Power Editor (accessible only in Chrome browser)
3. Create a campaign, ad unit, and ad just like for a normal Facebook campaign.
4. Set your targeting and call-to-action buttons ...
5. Check that Instagram is checked in the "Placements" at the level of the set of ads (Ad set)
So you can create a campaign on both Facebook and Instagram or only on Instagram.
