How To Export My Build Box Game To Apk With Android Studio

So I'm done with my game now and I want to know what to do next I watched a few tutorials and they said to use Eclipse but now that that's outdated I tried Android Studio but there is no direct tutorial on how to make a APK can anyone tell me how

If you export in BB 2.2.X, use Eclipse and Java JDK 1.7
If you export in BB 2.3.X, use Android Studio and Java JDK 1.8

 

Thanks for trying but none of these videos show me how to EXPORT I don't want to test my game I want a AKP FILE
