How Can I Stop My Game To Freeze At First Session?

I have exported my first game. Thing is I am having this weird issue. When game starts for the first time, the character, enemies, objects everything freeze. In order to play i have to restart game app. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I am having this freeze issue on bb default templates as well. I have contacted the support on this matter, waiting for their reply.

I have the same issue for months now... both on ios and android.

 

are you using the last build? I had an issue where enemies and object would freeze or not populate on 1st play but fine after, it was fixed in last build.

 

I guess this is a random bug. Not all bb users encounterwith this issue.

 

Nope. I actually am afraid to lose my docs if I get the last build regarding bb beta stability issues. I will give it a try
