I have a Line Character that rotates both in Clockwise and Counter Clockwise directions. I've tried joystick and Character Rotate Left and Right Button but the Character doesn't move or rotate. The best way to describe how I would like the movement is like a helicopter propellor. I've seen Fidget spinner type movement but I would like the movement to happen when the direction is pressed and then stopped by friction when not pressed. An practical game example would be using swipe board and putting a character line/propellor in the middle and pressing the character left and right to dodge the incoming enemy's I feel like this shouldn't be complicated but I must be missing something. Any help would be appreciated as I've spend multiple hours and the closest I got was having the character move literally left and right, but not rotate. Thanks! Al
I figured this out by playing with multiple settings. I ended up using Character buttons and had them Rotate Left and Right. In Character Gameplay Setting, there's Left/Right Lean Force. These are the most important and then change the drag and time warp alter how it behaves.
