I know this has been raised in the past, I am fairly new to buildbox and I might be missing something simple. I want to achieve a similar look to that in the "Cave" mode in Color Switch. In my portrait world the "Large jpg with a transparent circle cut in the middle method is fine until I move my character and it moves with me, uncovering the world after a certain amount of distance is reached, am I missing something ? photo of what I want is attached
@Sam Put a big graphic over your character that is black with a gradated transparent hole in the middle. Give this graphic a try.
@jerry, thanks for your reply. the solution is solid and would be perfect but seeing as I am creating a portrait game after a certain amount of distance is covered the world becomes visible out side of the character, Ill attach a photo below. I have messed around with image sizes but nothing seems to be able to cut it.
