Heyzap Cant Find Interstitial Ads But Can Find Banners? (ios)

hey guys integrated heyzap currently have it mediating admob & chartboost.
every thing was working fetching ads then all of a sudden i got this error. So now ads arent showing. Any idea how to fix this? it finds banners but not interstitials.
been like this for a day now and they dont respond to emails. -_-
