Hey guys, how long did it take all of you to receive your activation key for Buildbox? It's been 14 hours and I still haven't got mine. I've checked my spam folders and emailed Buildbox support, no response from them yet.
18 hours and counting... Still haven't gotten the activation key or a response from Buildbox support.
You have 2 options: 1. Wait until the end of the weekend, since the BB team does not work on weekends and holidays. 2. Enter your BB account, and verify if you have the download and license links of the Software. https://www.buildbox.com/account/
Ah, stupid of me not to realise that its the weekend. As for the second option, that won't work because 1. It keeps giving me the error Unable to identify username or password (even though it's correct) and 2. I don't have the download and license links. Anyways, thanks for your reply!
