Gamecentre (submit For Review)

    My gamecentre is always showing "No Scores" even though i have implemented everything correctly is this because I have to submit the game for review first in iTunes Connect ?

    ASKING THIS QUESTION EVERYWHERE NOBODY ANSWERS WHY ?? PLEASE GUYS HELP

    Have you turned game centre on in iTunes connect, it will look greyed out but click it, then it will turn on.
