Game Name Already In Use On The App Store

I'm just wanting to get opinions of other published Buildbox users out there.
I'm in the process of developing my first title and have settled on a name that I really like but I've found there is one other game on the app store with the same name.

However the title was published in 2009 for iOS 2 and hasn't been updated since so its fairly low down the rankings it would seem.

So my question is would it be a disaster for me if my game shares the same title as another game on the app store, or given the above information is there little cause for concern?

My solution would be to put an ! on the end of my game title so it is at least got some level of distinction.

well you can't have the exact name if you wanted to, as iTunes connect will tell that name is already taken. But putting a ! on the end would be fine. That wouldn't be a problem. No disaster.
