So i found this site that offer free app landing pages. AppLandr Just sign up, ad your app link, AppStore or GooglePlay or both, Its unlimited. You get a dashboard. You can get paid ones and customise it more. Also its good that you get a smaller url, though it starts with AppLandr, but hey its free.
