Hi, I would like to make a platformer but one thing I noticed about all BB games that its all moving forward only. Can we move backwards also? A platformer is not a platformer if we can't go back and collect whatever we missed in the game. Thanks
Hi @veira, yes you can. To do it, you need to increase the sides and back deletion thresholds. This keeps graphics that you have past in the device memory so you can return back to them later. Bare in mind that this also increase the load on the CPU of the device, so be cautious to only use what amount you feel is a healthy balance between gameplay and performance. Think of increasing these thresholds, similar to increasing the size of your game map area.
