Exe File Problem

Hi,
Whenever I try to export my file as a Windows EXE and i try to open the file it gives me erorrs...
Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

Or am I just clicking the wrong file. (I click the one called Untitled, is that right ?)

 

When I type the address of the notepad file and press enter, it says that the operation completed successfully, but no box appears for me to click yes. Nothing happens at all and the problem persists, even after retry and restart.
