About the game
Compete with friends for the high score! Move your character through colorful geometric levels, in a near friction free world, while avoiding the triangles. This is a game of skill and will test your hand-eye coordination as the game gets progressively faster and more challenging. Collect coins to unlock special characters and purchase power-ups!

GWON - Game WithOut Name
GWON started as a complete walk through of creating a buildbox 1.0 game from start to finish. You can read about it here. There are over a dozen videos from the project, ranging from 10-30 minutes in length.

Open Source
All source files and graphics from this game will be made available to the public around the 15th of January. Notification will be posted in this thread. All source files and graphics will be released under the Creative Commons (attribution) license.

@abdussadik I wanted to open source it at least a week after it went live on iTunes!

I'll start putting on the files together and upload everything this weekend.

The game is great, but the UI/UX on the menus can be improved a lot.

Wow. He changed it a little, but yep, that's Dodgey.

It is open source (CC Attribution) so as long as he's giving credit that's fine. The translation is crappy, but I think he's trying to sell the "source code" (not okay).

These days it's about speed to production. In patents, trademarks, and copyright.

 

@GTE Games Awesome experience/knowledge share! Are you still planning to share the source files?
