    This has been asked several times and NO, it is not possible. You might be able to fake it with several UIs and sub worlds that take you to a different UI each time with menu jumps. But the 12 hour frequency (or any other) won't be possible at all.

    color switch is being developed in Unity now and has been for some time, thats how it is done.
